Current Update

We have recently updated our website to predominantly display the products we currently have in store. We are also now correctly taking enquiries for products that are on backorder to prevent previous issues with unavailability and order tracking.

We are still awaiting the final switch over of our phone and email systems to a more basic system, which will allow for smoother communication going forward. In the meantime, we are actively chasing up all previous outstanding orders and ensuring no customer is left without an update.

We also want to reassure you that we have a complete backup of all previous orders. However, we are still working on restoring a history of emails linked to these orders. We appreciate your patience as we resolve this.

Response Delays

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please note the following ongoing issues:

Some phone lines are still affected and may not be fully operational.
