How to report issues or submit feedback using APP?
Open the APP, find “Help & Feedback” under the user page, and click “Feedback”
How to turn the X-boost function on?
Click “AC” on the device page of the APP, and you could turn on the “X-Boost” function after entering the page. *In order to save power, it is recommended to turn off the X-boost function when you don’t need to use it. *X-boost technology’s built-in advanced algorithms lower the required output of the heavy-duty devices. That means a smart 600W inverter can run devices with up to 1200W per draw. *X-Boost mode is NOT suitable for ALL appliances. Some 600W-1200W appliances with strict voltage requirements may not function (eg. air compressor). Please test to confirm before using the device. X-Boost mode is enabled by default. You can disable it on the APP.
How to X-link two machines?
a.Turn on the parallel function b.Find the AC parallel port on the right end of the device, and use the parallel cable to connect the two devices together. Connect the red wire to the red socket, and the black wire to the black socket; c.Short press the switch key of the first device to turn on the machine; d.Press and hold the AC switch on the right side of the first device for more than three seconds until the parallel icon on the lower left corner of the LCD screen starts to flash, which means that the device is waiting for parallel. Please connect the second device within 1 minute after the icon flashes; e.Repeat this operation on the second device to enable the parallel function of the device; f.After the parallel operation is successful, the parallel icon on the LCD screen will become steady on; g.Turn off the parallel function h.When the parallel operation is over, press and hold the AC switches of the two devices for more than 3 seconds until the parallel icon disappears; i.Remove the parallel cable when done; *When the second device is not connected within 1 minute after the parallel function is turned on, the AC output will automatically turn off
Is there a problem with the icon flashing during the upgrade process?
No. The flashing icon only indicates that the component is being upgraded.
Why does the ambient light sometimes go out automatically?
When the screen is off, the light will automatically go off instantly; if you need to use the ambient light continuously, please make sure that your screen standby time has been set to “Never” or select the ambient light to the “Night light” mode.

Purchased one of these from Power-2go along with a solar panel. I researched long and hard and choose this for the following:
1. Quick charge times. It’s really quick, about 1.5 hours from a plug
2. Lots of fast charging ports inc the 100w USB-C port
3. 600w inverter. Perfect for air bed pumps, camping fridges, charging all the tech I bring along etc. It even ran a travel kettle (used about 8% though to boil so wouldn’t want to use it all the time)
4. Screen is informative. A slight nice to have but its much more presentable than others on the market too
5. Compared to other devices, the cost per wh was the cheapest (including better than the delta range if you don’t need the bigger inverter)
If I had to nitpick I wish they’d used LifePO4 instead of LI-ION. LifePO4 would have given significant extra charging cycles (around 3500) vs LI-ION which only gets around 500. For casual use that this gets however I still expect it will last a very long time and hopefully by then battery technology will have moved on in terms of charge cycles.
I’ve not tried X-Boost but 600w is more than enough for my devices. This is so good I may well look at a Delta in the future to act as a permanent power storage for a separate garage.
App works well, only used to update firmware though
Few notes:
* I used this for a camping trip. Its fairly compact and not too heavy for moving around to where it is needed
* Charging via solar is super easy, no skills or knowledge required if using the EcoFlow panel which I did
* The 160w panel on average was giving me 90-120w input. This is pretty good. I didn’t run it middle of the day however when I think you’d get pretty close to its full potential. Its only as good as the weather however and in overcast days it could drop to around 10-20w. Still ok for a top up
* Build quality seems excellent. However the UK 3 pin sockets are a bit tight getting a plug in or out. I seem to have this problem with all my batteries and probably because they majority of these things start life with US 2 pin sockets. The sockets themselves feel a bit fragile so don’t want to force pull plugs out and try to gentle wriggle them out a bit instead.
I haven’t done any scientific testing of capacity, but on a 3 day camping trip charging 2 phones, 2 Nintendo switches, running a powered coolbox (on for around 4 hours a day), running tent lights etc I never got below 50%. When the sun was out solar was enough to power the devices with a little bit extra to top the battery up. I did top up solar in the morning without any devices running and in around 2 hours would go from 60% to 80%

I decided to give Amazon a miss and use Power to go as I’d read good reviews for this company.
Excellent communication and delivery of my Ecoflow Pro and I’m highly delighted with my purchase.
The charge time is outstanding.
Even with a good solar setup the Scottish weather means a mains charge is necessary now and then.
You don’t want to sit waiting for 8 hours for it to charge and it can be fully charged in just over an hour!
I will get a spare one and that will solve the problem.
Ecoflow is in my opinion by far the best company out there for solar generators.
Thank you to the team at Power to go for your advice and I will be back soon!
