Product description
The unrivaled design of the Bigboy 2000, completely adapted to the highest demands of hunters and bushcrafters. Meet the Bigboy 2000 Outback Edition!
A thick and rigid saw blade makes this Bigboy Outback Edition 100% outdoor proof. Silky applied a black coating of a unique nickel and tin blend to the entire blade, including the teeth. This provides a long blade life and an incredible cutting performance. In addition, the dark, non-reflective color makes this saw particularly suitable for tactical operations.
The curved blade effortlessly ‘bites’ into the wood and keeps the saw in the cut. With a blade length of 36 cm you have a large reach and you can easily saw trunks up to 18 cm in diameter. The blade can simply be folded and unfolded by means of the locking button and has two different sawing positions. Use this saw with both hands for exceptional cutting power.
The arbor composite handle is made of a wood/plastic composition, giving a warm and comfortable touch and superior control. The feel is a bit harder than the usual GOM rubber handle from Silky, but it offers more grip with greasy substances.
Take this saw with you wherever you go; the Bigboy 2000 Outback Edition is compact, lightweight and comes standard with a nylon carrying case with zipper. The inside of the case is covered with a protective coating that is also easy to keep clean.
The Outback Edition is exclusively available through our specialized distributors because of the specialized blade…
