This Stihl’s KMA 130R electric motor (EC) has been designed to be extremely efficient, lightweight and compact and does not require servicing! The operating handle with speed regulation allows you to regulate the speed of the engine which helps to save energy and extend the battery life to give more working time from a single charge of the battery.
This operating handle has “Operator Presence Control” with a self-resetting locking lever to prevent unintentional starting of the device. The loop handle design is ideal for working in areas where space is limited such as thinning between bushes and shrubs.
Designed with a quick-release coupling which allows the KMA130R to be quickly dismantled into two parts for easy transport and storage and then re-assembled quickly without tools.
Cordless Power Options
The KMA range of Kombi systems works with the Stihl AP and AR system batteries.
To transfer power, the socket and the tool is connected to the STIHL AP or AR batteries using the connecting cable. This means that the battery can be conveniently worn on the body.

The quick-release coupling allows the KombiSystem to be quickly dismantled into two parts for easy transport and storage – and then re-assembled quickly without tools.
Operating handle with speed regulation
