Stihl NEW iMOW® Robotic Lawn Mower

Fully automatic robotic mulching lawn mower. Available in 3 versions depending on the lawn area coverage required. A new mowing system with three free-swinging blades, electric cut-height adjustment between 20 – 60 mm, situational speed adjustment and 40 % incline capability ensures an outstanding mowing result and a clean cut.

Intuitive control via the MY iMOW® app over wifi or Bluetooth® or via a simple operational panel on the iMOW®. Create customised mowing plans and set pre-determined lawn zones via the MY iMOW® app, greater flexibility and time to enjoy your garden.

Visual communication via the LED strips on the front and rear of the machine. The ultrasonic sensor detects obstacles before making contact and changes the drive direction automatically. Smart docking function and efficient charge management help to keep the robotic mower’s busy mowing times short. Quiet operation, simple installation.

Delivery includes iMOW® robotic mower, docking station, four pegs, nine spare blades, and iMOW® ruler.

Features

• Touch – A simplified control panel with only five buttons (on, off, return to its base, locking and unlocking of the blades)
• Listen  – The IMOW is the first robot to talk to its user. By pressing the “info” button, it indicates its status or the remaining mowing time. The robot is also compatible with Google Home or Alexa, allowing the user to control it by voice and ask questions.

• The most innovative, fastest and most efficient return to base on the market  – STIHL offers several back-to-base strategies for less ground marking and more autonomy in the mowing department.

• Disc cut system  – In the event of a blockage, the cutting deck automatically moves to the highest position to release the IMOW robot. It has 3 pivoting “cutter” blades, 4 cutting edges for longer life and quick change without tools

High-cutting performance with a blade rotation speed of 35m/s.

The grass is chopped into fine particles and spread over the lawn. In addition to aesthetics, this technique also makes it possible to feed the soil naturally by decomposing the blades of grass.

These robots are connected via Bluetooth or wifi for the generic models and via 4G for the more elaborate EVOs.

The mulching robot will improve the quality of the lawn also reduce nuisance with good hearing comfort measured between 59 and 60 dB.

STIHL has added guide wires to this new range to facilitate the robot’s return to its charging base as quickly as possible with the least marking on the ground.

2023 Stihl iMOW® Options

Stihl has recently launched their new iMOW® robotic lawn mowers designed to offer an efficient, automatic solution for maintaining lawns of various sizes. The new iMOW® options for 2023 are:

• iMOW® 5 – For Lawns Measuring Up To 1,500 m²
• iMOW® 6 – For Lawns Measuring Up To 3,000 m²
• iMOW® 7 – For Lawns Measuring Up To 5,000 m²
