Need to adjust the shaft length? Just a press of a button and you can extend or retract the shaft to your comfort level – no tools required!

Furthermore, the 280mm cutting diameter of the mowing line automatically extends when the mowing head contacts the hard ground.

The Stihl AK10 and AL101 battery charger is the entry-level option, offering 20 minutes of run time on a 95-minute charge. You can upgrade the battery to an AK20 or AK30 to extend your trimming time. All batteries come with an LED charge level indicator.

The battery can be inserted into the device in 2 stages. In the first locking stage – the intermediate position – the battery is secured in the device but does not touch the contacts in the device. In the second locking stage – the operating position – the battery is completely inserted and touches the contacts in the device.
